I-75 NORTH

Take I-75 North to the Hopple Street Exit (exits from left lane). Turn left on Hopple Street (at traffic light), note street name becomes Martin Luther King Drive, and go up the hill 1.8 miles past U.C. Campus (right) and the EPA (left). At the corner of MLK and Eden, turn left at the light. After passing Piedmont Avenue, turn right into the garage of the University Medical Arts Building. We are on the 6th floor in Suite 6000.

I-75 SOUTH

Take I-75 South to the Hopple Street Exit. Turn left on Hopple Street at traffic light, note street name becomes Martin Luther King Drive, and go up the hill 1.8 miles, past U.C. The Diabetes Center is a community-based subspecialty diabetes center offering comprehensive diabetes care and education for patients motivated to aggressively manage their diabetes. The Center also develops and sponsors diabetes-focused education programming for patients and families living with diabetes and for health care providers through a comprehensive community outreach effort.
