About the Division
The Division of Nephrology and Hypertension consists of 19 full- or part-time physicians and basic scientists engaged in research, patient care and teaching.
These activities are conducted at UC Health University Hospital, Cincinnati Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center, UC Health West Chester Hospital and a network of outlying dialysis units.
The division provides excellent academic training. Our multidisciplinary fellowship program provides broad-based experience in all aspects of clinical nephrology, including kidney diseases, fluid-electrolyte and acid-base disorders, organ transplantation, hypertension and interventional nephrology.
