Clinical Sites - Hoxworth Ambulatory Center
Hoxworth Ambulatory Center is an NCQA level III patient centered medical home, and winner of the 2010 Society of General Internal Medicine's national Clinical Practice Innovation Award, and winner of the 2011 Association of American Medical Colleges Readiness for Reform Innovations Challenge.
The majority of ambulatory training takes place in the Hoxworth Ambulatory Center located adjacent to University Hospital.
This state-of-the-art facility opened in 2002, and serves more than 60,000 outpatients total per year.
